General
Pls respect the artist/maker and write with manner.
If commissioning something that needs a ref sheet or reference of any kind, make sure that it’s clean and neat. We at Saberwolfstudio will not accept stolen art.
Payment
When commissioning art on our Etsy shop you will have to send your ref sheet first in order to determine if we can make it based on your ref sheet. After we accept to work on your requested art piece, the price must be paid in full.
When commissioning a fursuit or fursuit parts there will be spoken of a payment plan if suit/suit parts can not be paid in full.
All payments without a payment plan will be paid through Etsy.
Time
The time for your commission depend on the commissioned art piece or suit/suit parts. When commissioning we will estimate the time that it will take and notify you about this.
Wips aren’t standardly included unless the commissioner (you) askes about this. Or if the artist/maker decide to share any Wips.
Customer satisfaction
We will do everything to make the customer happy.
However, after the commission is finished only a few small changes are allowed. Changes as small marking or color mistakes.
Any big changes such as different clothing, background or any other additions will come with an fee.
Copyright/usage policy
The artist holds every right to the commissioned art piece.
The maker holds the right of having made the commissioned suit/suit piece therefore you are unable to claim having to made the suit/suit piece yourself.
The artist/maker has every right to use the copyrighted art commissions/self-made photos as self-promotion. Such as posting it on social media.
As commissioner you are allowed to use the art piece or suit/suit part for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art and claim the characters rights
Promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist/maker
If you break any copyright rules the rights will be retracted of your commissioned art piece (This doesn’t go for suit/suit parts)
You break the rules by claimed the commissioned piece by claiming to having made it yourself and removing any watermarks/signatures on the art piece or altering the artwork without the artists consent.
Commercial rights will be 300% of the original art piece
Cancellations
We have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
If you as commissioner demand a refund after we are done with your commissions we decline the request.
